Crooked Tree

Dry Apple
Apple wine from Maine grown apples. Slowly fermented then barrel aged in French Oak for two years. Smooth on the palate.

 

Seyval Blanc

Dry White Table Wine
Our answer to Chardonnay, fermented to dryness and aged in American Oak.

 

Barn Red

 Our signature dry red wine. Blended from our own Leon Millot grapes. Aged in French and American Oak and ready for you to enjoy.

 

Georges River

Off-dry White
Our own Cayuga grapes in a blend with Aurora, fermented to a classic off-dry style reminiscent of Sauvignon Blanc. Residual sugar .75%

 

Come Spring

Light Red Wine
Named for the Ben Ames Williams novel about the founders of our town. A blend of  our Maine grown Maréchal Foch  grapes. Residual sugar; 1.5%.

 

White Rose

Rosé
A light colored Rosé made from the blue Steuben grape. Well balanced with hints of citrus. Residual sugar; 2%

 

Daybreak Blush 

Light and Refreshing
Primarily from our Maine grown Cayuga grapes, blended with a small amount our of Maréchal Foch. Residual sugar; 2.25%.

 

Sterlingtown

Another American Classic. Named for the original name our forefathers gave to our town of Union. Made from Niagara grapes. Residual sugar; 2.0%.

 

Apple Wine

Our sweet apple selection. Made from a blend of Maine apples fermented and aged in stainless steel.    Residual sugar; 3.0%.

 

Blueberry Pi

A dessert wine made from our own Wild Blueberries. Like the juices of a fresh blueberry pie this wine is loaded with sweet blueberry flavor. 
Residual sugar; 8%.

Concord
The classic American grape. All the aromas of fresh grape juice made in a style that is much dryer than typical Concord. Residual sugar; 1.0%.

 

Maréchal Foch Rosé 
A rosé using our own Maréchal Foch grapes, crushed and pressed cold with little skin contact. Fermented in stainless steel tanks. Residual sugar; 1.25%.
